    My experience with Optician Janet Villanueva was a huge improvement, compared to my initial visit with the department manager. Janet was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She did not rush the the PD measuring process, unlike the department manager. In fact, she measured twice to ensure accuracy. The kind service I received from Ms. Villanueva would definitely cause me to consider purchasing my frames and lenses from her, instead of online.With the availability of less expensive eyeglasses online and given the small amount covered by insurance, patients should not be penalized for considering the online option. Mann Eye after all gets paid for eye exams and other treatments. My expressed interest in purchasing glasses online seemed off putting and offensive to the manager who carelessly rushed my PD measurement. This caused me to call back to inquire about the number and later return for a more careful and accurate measurement by Janet Villanueva. Thank you, Janet! You represent yourself and your employer well.
