Everyone was very friendly, very knowledgeable, I really liked the Doctor, she was very thorough and made sure that all of my questions were answered. The facility here in Baytown, does not have a lab, so I ended up driving to Pearland, where the lab is. (rather than wait 4 days)The store in Baytown had given a heads up, so that I would be able to get my glasses same day. In less than two hours, I had 2 new pairs

The team here is extremely professional and friendly. They take the time needed to make sure everything is perfect for the customer. Dr. Hicks goes through all options at a pace giving the customer the time needed to make an informed decision (and I have been wearing corrective lenses for 41 years). I highly recommend this team!Those who have given a "bad" review just want something for free.

Great location and experience! The process was quick and easy and I got a lot of information about my options for contacts vs glasses and for payment. I had to make an appointment online since their phone system was down at the time, but it was also quick and easy.
