I went to the Baytown office this morning. I am a 100% disabled veteran. The VA sent me there. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. After my exam, I was looking at glasses and the tech told me I would have to go to the VA for my glasses. I have mobility problems and is hard for me to get around. I couldn't understand why they would send me for an exam but no glasses. I thanked them and went to my car. While I was trying to get in, the tech said if I would accept lined bifocals, so i accepted their offer. I asked them how much it would cost. They just replied, thank you for your service! I was flabbergasted. I never expected that kind of kindness. I would definitely recommend them with my highest praise. Thank you so much! Micheal Conlin
