Dr. Alex Hacopian was very professional and very patient. He explained everything with lots of detail and answered all of my questions. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease with our family decision. The office is very clean. All the office staff was very nice and professional as well. They have great communication skills all around and are quick at following up with next steps.

This was my first visit to a Mann Eye Clinic. I am a 66 year old female and was concerned about age related macular degeneration because my mother had it and lost most of her sight from it. Everyone at the Fannin location was very pleasant, courteous and professional and they seemed to have every type of test equipment available. I did not wait long before I was called back to begin the eye tests. After several tests my eyes were dilated and then more tests were performed. Dr. Hacopian explained the results very thoroughly and answered all my questions. I am relieved that the test results deemed my eyes healthy for my age and that I do not have AMD yet. I was given an updated prescription for glasses and told to come back in one year. I was very pleased with the whole experience and plan to return.

I have changed eye doctors a few times because of insurance AND trying to find a provider that is personalized and takes the time to really try to understand all the issues going on with your eyes and health. I felt that Dr Hocopian's practice was very friendly AND professional. Thanks!
