While I was pleased with the care provided by Dr. Chin and each staff member I encountered, I was disappointed by how booked they were. Clearly multiple appointments were booked for the same time slot. I spent 90 minutes total for a regular eye exam.

Nice place and very nice people but wait time was ridiculous. I went yesterday and it was only my first time and I also understand places are short staffed, but I waited over an hour to see my doctor! I was late to work cause of it. It was my first time being there so it probably doesnt happen very often, I probably just had bad luck. I will be giving them another try cause things do happen and they were nice
