Dr. Andrew Ross

Dr. Weinstock has done a great job on both my eyes. I have had 2 implants with one being the result of a cataract. He has great people working for/with him and I can only highly recommend him. The only complaint I would have was the actual scheduling of the surgery. You don't know the actual time of surgery until the day before and it could make it very difficult to schedule transportation to and from the surgery since they won't let you Uber or Lyft. Other than that, they are great doctors and provide a great service

Taking off one star for their billing department who called me today after I had surgery on Tuesday to collect what I owed, and then did not ask, but went ahead and charged me for next weeks surgery, saying they had to order the lens which is a lie, the dr told me they had all lenss in house and if I changed my mind the day of surgery it was not a problem. Who has $7000 they can just pay?? She did not offer any other options. Very disappointing for an otherwise stellar practice. It has put me in a financial bind and is the only Doctors office I have ever been to that put the money before the patient.
