I really enjoyed my service here. After being turned completely off by the unprofessionalism of the two other nearby places, I ended up here and have no regrets for it. Initially I found the exam very sterile and not quite as high energy/fun as is usual when I have my child with me. But it was balanced out by the end with other encounters and an overall pleasant experience.I really appreciate how laid-back the staff is. There is no one hounding you about what you should get. They simply give you a box and tell you to take a look around and leave your selections on the counter. That is an invaluable quality to me as high pressure sales is what made me leave my last office that I really liked prior to them hiring someone like that.There was a hiccup in our order that I had a hard time getting a timely response to initially. However, once I was able to get in touch with someone, they did apologize and extended a courtesy to me to make up for that. That is something I really appreciate as well. People make mistakes but how you show up after that is just as impactful.They have a decent amount of glasses to choose from- very affordable to high end brands. There is something for everyone here.The turnaround time was relatively quick as well. The office is comfortable and clean.All this to say Im really happy we came to this office and I look forward to our continued relationship.

Got a new prescription from Vanderbilt Eye Clinic and went here for new lenses. When the glasses were ready there was something wrong. No mention of my double vision issue. I asked Jackie if there was any way to correct this and she mentioned PRISM, never heard this term before so I researched it and demanded a follow up visit at Vanderbilt where the double vision was diagnosed and addressed. A new prescription was issued and after receiving the new lenses the prism is working to mitigate the double vision. Many thanks to Jackie for helping through this difficult process!
