    I am happy with the lasik surgery results. Dr. Mills is friendly, caring, and kind. However, scheduling at Loden Green hills needs to do a bit better when it comes to scheduling an appointment. I was suppose to have an appointment scheduled for three weeks later but the system wasnt coming up and I was told I would get a call later that day when it came up. I didnt get a phone call and called the next day to schedule the appointment and to my surprise an appointment was already scheduled for me and I had to reschedule the appointment because I wasnt available for the day they had put me down for. I dont like that they just scheduled me for a day without asking me if I was available that day or not calling to set the appointment up. Ive never had an issue with scheduling until now and I hope this doesnt happen again.

    Appointments take entirely too long. I had an appointment at 1015 and wasnt finished until 1315. Other than that the staff is great and very professional.

    Dr Jerkins diagnosed my condition in about a minute, something i had suffered with for some time and misdiagnosed by others. I started feeling better within 24 hours of his prescription. Although Dr Jerkins is a less friendly, straight to the point, matter of fact doctor, he was knowledgeable with clear explanations of medical issues and whats to be done. So his manner did not bother me because of the confidence i quickly had in him. Its a big clinic and i was surprised there was only one doctor on staff that day, so I waited one hour. But overall Im glad this is the place i chose.

    Rivergate Parkway location. My visit was great with staff and Dr. Naddad. Prior to my appointment, regarding my drs referral I was originally speaking with Jennifer, who was very nice and helpful and trying to help me resolve the problem. While on hold for Jennifer to check additional information regarding my referral, Lee Ann, I guess called herself taking over. She was very very rude telling me what the procedures are and etc., and just continued taking down to me. I told her I did not have to tolerate her rudeness...this was not my first visit there and If procedures have changed, then I should have been informed prior to the date of our appointments. I hung up, called back and continued my original conversation with Jennifer to resolve my problem. My husband was also scheduled, Loden could have lost 2 patients had it not been for Jennifer that day because I refuse to be talked to as Lee Ann was doing.
