Louden has many years of excellence in cataract and Lazer surgery. My one issue had to do with having my eyes dilated. The techs said I should be able to drive, but that wasnt the case. I was over 50 miles from home in an area I was not familiar with. I waited a couple of hours after leaving the office and still had blurred vision. I should not have been driving but had no other choice. I will contact them and let them know about this. The staff is great and I will continue to go there.

Professional. Fast. Clean. Caring. I recently went for eye exam to fit new glasses. I didnt wait long and they treated me like a human and not an invoicing object.

A little disorganized. Missing images from prior appointment. Spent a little over 2 hours there for a cataract surgery evaluation and payment set-up. The personal where great.
