I have had a great experience with my LASIK vision at the Rivergate location. Dr. Loden did my surgery and talked me through the process the whole time. I was so nervous, but the staff was very nice and reassuring. I seen Dr. Judd as well and hes great as well. I would 110% recommend them to anyone who is wanting or questioning having LASIK done

My whole experience at Loden Vision has been exceptional. Both the Goodlettsville facilities are well furnished and very clean.The staff were all so friendly and professional. Everything I needed was provided.Thank you Dr. Loden and staff for making my experience a pleasant one.Myrtle Marksberry

Average wait time was 3 minutes every time I was there! Everyone is super friendly & down to earth. Very well organized and explained everything in detail. You never feel rushed when discussing issues with Dr. Loden. So glad I chose this facility for cataract surgery and implants.

Exceptional customer service from offices in Gallatin and Goodlettesville!!! Surgery center in Goodlettsville is also wonderful!!!

I called for an eye appointment and to my surprise the lady stated "I could see Dr. Dahlia Haddad @ 3:00 " ... Now this was the same day I was setting up the appointment and in fact I didn't take the time to kinda see what reviews this particular doctor had ... The staff was very kind and their office is exquisite! Yes I was skeptical at first not necessarily scared however not necessarily far from that thought lol... Dr. Haddad was incredibly interestingly intelligent and she was very precise and explained everything related to my optical health & eyes and addressed all my questions and concerns... She had the manors of your most seasoned private doctors and I would recommend this lady to anyone whom is in concern with their vision or just wants to know " whether they have any eye related diseases " fortunately I didn't and I am very grateful for my health and this intelligent and beautiful doctor as well.
