Everyone on the staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Nickel has been my eye doctor for quite a few years and that in itself speak volumes! He is friendly, personable, thorough and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Nickel and Heaton Eye Associates!

This is a well organized and well staffed eye clinic! Stephanie who handled my visit before Dr. Marsh was excellent in every way. Dr. Marsh was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained in detail my upcoming surgery. I feel like I'm in very good hands with Heaton Eye Assoc.!

Well I can say the experience was good so far. The staff is nice. But it was my second visit. But I like my doctor so far he seems very nice and want to help me.
