Did not have a long wait, person who first called me back was very cordial and directed me thought the bust without any problems. Dr was also detailed and answered my Questions.

I am so happy that I came here with my sister in law. I brought her up here, and I could tell this was a good place so I made an appointment and could not be happier. EVERYONE is so polite and friendly from the receptionists to getting the glasses. I rate Heaton Eye Associates higher than a 5. Thank yall sooo much.

I cant say enough about Heaton Eye Associates. The entire staff is kind, empathetic and professional. I especially want to give additional kudos to Dr. Nickel, my surgeon and Karla, an administrator that breaks down costs for patients. But, again, everybody that works at Heaton Tyler will help to put you at ease. I am already seeing better two days after my surgery. Dr. Daniel ODunne
