    Everyone was very friendly and efficient, and answered questions so that I could understand. I didnt have to wait to be seen, and the environment was comfortable and clean. Dr. Marshall was very nice, and helpful with my concerns.

    Timely service/appointments, knowledgeable staff/doctors, And front desk staff, and surgery scheduler are super fantastic.

    I have been going to Heaton Eye Associates, (Drs. Heaton and Marshall, for about 5 years. I am 69 years old and have seen a lot of eye doctors over the years (Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, back to Texas, Louisiana, back to Texas) and find Heaton Eye Associates to be TOP-TIER. i recently had a cataract procedure. And, everything went like clockwork. Dr. Heaton did what he said he was going to do, I did what Dr. Heaton told me to do and, walla, I can see again! Whats not to like?!Sidebar - I just love to watch/study good organized operations. Any good organized operation. Heaton Eye Associates is one of the best run, best organized, busy operations I have seen. Everyone is moving with a purpose. They never fail to timely adhere to my appointment time. I hate waiting. Everyone is polite, competent and acts like they are happy to be a part of Heaton Eye Associates.
