Excellent customer service delivery. The Surgery consultant and Dr. Dorsey are excellent. I dont have any reservation in recommending Heaton to anyone who is looking for excellent service.

Very efficient. Very friendly staff. They even have a childrens room that walled off from the rest of the waiting room so your kids can play without bothering others. Kind of sound proof because my 15 month old son was squealing and jabber and the sound very muffled as Zoie and I came back to get them after her appointment. Nurse and doctor that saw her were amazing and answered all questions; explained things thoroughly. We will definitely be coming back next year.
