My interactions with Dr. HEATON were superb, as usual. The wait time is excessively long and should be addressed. If you get an appointment for 915, thats when most people think they are seeing the doctor. In this office, they will be getting about one or 1 1/2 hours of testing after which they see The doctor. Patient should be informed about when they will be seen and when the testing will be done.

Great experience at Heaton in Tyler. All the staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Trusting Dr. Nickel with my eyes, was the right choice. His pre-surgery advice was honest, and based on his extensive experience. His surgical skill is excellent and his no nonsense beside manner is reassuring and comforting.
