    Dr. Nichols is such a kind compassionate person. He was my first doctor when I moved to Tyler. He listens and is responsive to his patients concerns. I appreciate that he offered a prayer before my cataract surgery. Really going to miss him when he moves. Also need to mention that he always reviewed my past records and was aware of my family history of macular degeneration. I know have 20/20 vision and no signs of macular!

    Went for glasses. Great experience. Jami Daniel went the extra mile helping me with my glasses and even took the time too adjust my mothers glasses that were not even purchased there. Made life long customer.

    My experience at HEATON Eye Center has been nothing short of fantastic all of the staff and the entire facility was a pleasant experience I could not have asked for my surgery to have went so easy Dr Dossey was nothing short of perfect. The entire experience was 2020 no glasses needed WOW is the word of the day thank you HEATON
