    This new facility hits all the right targets. Large, organized and very clean.I had cataract surgery and the nursing staff and the doctor were, are first rate.I was anxious having been to some sub par facilities but this 1 shines.I go back in a couple of weeks for my other eye and I will not be anxiouss at all.Thanks Heaton and a shout out to my doctor, Cristi Carter. She is a super doc.

    Medical department..excellent. optical doesnt take any insurance nor file forms to your insurance. So I didnt get my new glasses. Basically you have to pay out of pocket then file your own claims. I have Davis vision and Medicare. When I called to make an appointment I asked if they take Davis Vision was told they did but I should have been told optical department does not.

    Dr Nichols and staff are the best in Tyler and much more. Fantastic new facility and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Im looking forward to having LASIK and already know Im in good hands! Keep up the good work!
