I couldnt be more satisfied with Dr. Dossey and the entire staff at Heaton Eye Associates in Tyler. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly.

The wait is extremely long. We were there 10 mins before scheduled and it took us 2:40 to finish. The staff is very sweet and I feel my daughter received a thorough exam. Just takes forever. Dr. Jones is young and has very big shoes to fill, but I think he is knowledgeable and caring Dr. I think he is an asset to Heaton eye associates.
