I had a very positive experience at Heaton. It was my first time seeing a doctor in that office. Dr. Nickel was friendly, thorough with his explanations, and I felt he gave honest opinions. The office staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Big plus: they were on time! I never had to wait long. They had told me to expect to be there 2 hours. My appointment was at 8:35 and I walked out at 10:35! I will definitely recommend Heaton and Dr. Nickel to friends and family.
