I always feel great after visiting the office. They are fantastic people. When I finish my appointment with Dr Carter I know all the information about my eyes. I feel relieved on anything that is happening. The staff are amazing. I would recommend this establishment to any and all.

This was my second visit to Heaton Eye Center, my first time to see Dr. Carter. The majority of my eye exam was done by Abigail, a lovely, well trained, efficient and very personable assistant. Its really great to work with someone who likes their job, is interested in their patient and wants to be helpful, accurate, caring and informative. She would be a TERRIFIC eye doctor herself.Then I met Dr. Carter. I would say lovely and charming but she was much more than that, smart, caring, interested, informative.This practice is so professional, well run and efficient, they are what a medical office should be.
