    Very friendly staff, caring Drs. I am very satisfied with the care i have received and so thankful it was available in Longview which is very convenient for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility and staff to anyone.

    Dr David Risner did my cataract surgery on both eyes. He is wonderful. I am very pleased with the results. He and his staff are very professional and caring. Highly recommend to anyone . Thank you so much

    Rated a 4 for briefness of orientation of the visit procedure. Was my first appt with this office. I was treated with courtesy and respect, Better explanation of the form I was handed to help me decide lens type. When I asked about it, the response was Its up to you. Perhaps the form should indicate: Option one- then list the benefits of that lens and limitations, option 2, etc. along with cost differences. That would have saved the Dr time as he had to stop and explain what the form was meant to do and then go over the lens choices.

    The staff was efficient and lovely. The only problem I had was with the eye shield that is supposed to be worn at night. It was very hard to stay on.
