I scheduled this appointment for one very specific reason: I already had a valid prescription and wanted low-dose atropine. Before booking and again before the visit, I was explicitly told that Dr. Raffell would prescribe low-dose atropine.When scheduling, they asked about insurance. I clearly stated I was self-pay with no insurance and was told the consult would cost $200, which I paid in full at the time of the appointment.On the day of the visit, the wait time exceeded 2.5 hours.Instead of low-dose atropine, I was prescribed VIZZ (aceclidine ophthalmic solution) 1.44%, which is not low-dose atropine and not what I came in for.To make matters worse, about a month later I received an additional bill for $425.83, despite having been told the visit was $200 self-pay and having paid that amount at the appointment.Between the long wait time, the mismatch between what was promised and what was prescribed, and the unexpected billing afterward, this was not a good experience.Good luck if you decide to give it a try.

Im a new patient! Today was my first visit and it went well! The intake process was fast and uncomplicated! I mustve had luck with the day of the week I had my appointment because the clinic was empty! There was one other patient already being seen when I got there. My appointment was @ 3:00PM and I was out of there by 3:45 at the most!I have a follow up in a month, hopefully things go just as smoothly as they did today!
