I was surprised by his expertise. I have gone to too many eye doctors in the valley but never with knowledge and a doctor that actually cares for his patients. We dont get a lot of those doctors here in the valley, but each time Dr. Reffell has made sure I understand my results. From the receptionist to the doctor everyone has treated me great so far.
