Im lucky to have been able to get 20/20 vision out of my procedure! Customer service was good, I was referred through my optometrist and Dr. Goel met with me the next week, we went over my options and I had the EVO-ICL done a couple months later. Samantha, the coordinator, kept in touch with me while we figured out scheduling, it was a bit of a struggle on my end because my nursing schedule was a little hectic but she was attentive and responsive without being pushy. When I was finally able to schedule, the instructions were clear and payment was a very transparent process.My only concern was that I didnt receive a call prior to my appointment date to confirm my procedure day and time, and reiterate preop instructions. My appointment was moved up from 1 to 12:15, which I wouldnt have known if I didnt call. I already knew what to do with the drops and not eating or drinking so no big deal, but it could have been a problem if it were anyone else.Life changing procedure for me, my prescription was a whopping -13 so getting 20/20 vision is a dream come true!
