From my first appointment, to my first cataract surgery, to the follow-up, EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was kind, patient and professional. My wife and I were duly impressed. My surgical team was outstanding - very kind and professional. My evaluation team was equally outstanding. I had general anesthesia because of.a serious phobia, and everyone was understanding and supportive. The surgery went perfectly.Having had experience leading a team of hundreds of people, I know this starts at the top and filters down, and only happens as a result of good selection and clear training, expectations and oversight. Obviously the right people were hired and care very much about the service they provide. It shows.We thank everyone for their assistance and service. I know the second eye surgery will be just as positive. The practice, and the staff, have earned our trust and respect. We would highly recommend Frantz EyeCare. Thank you!!Follow-up:Second surgery went perfect. The medical and support staff are incredible; professional, kind and supportive. I love a sense of humor - it relaxes me - and staff even had that ( appropriately). Thank you so much. By the way, both surgeries started ON TIME, which is notable in todays world. My wife and I have been so impressed, and highly recommend Franz eye care. My new vision, post surgery, has been INCREDIBLE!! Very impressed with the staff.Susan the receptionist was pleasant, Debbie the tech was passionate about her job, and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Mark was pleasant and also explained the tests and results.Great experience!

I have been a client of Frantz Eye Care since June 2023 when I had both eyes done for cataract surgery. I have had wonderful experiences with all the staff and Doctors in my 4 months of visits. I can't rave enough about everyone there at both the Punta Gorda and Ft Myers locations!! I am very pleased with the level of patient importance and care as well as great interacting between staff and myself. I wish to give extra attention to Brian in the Optical Dept in the Punta Gorda office. Yesterday as I was selecting my frames for my new perscription, he excelled at knowledge and customer care! Frantz Eye Care is lucky to have him on board on their staff! Thank you Brian for such great service!
