Happy with Dr and staff, but not happy with access to office. The large steps are not good for handicap people or people with bad eyesight

My first visit to the office. The entire staff was very friendly and I will definitely be back. Debbie was great and thorough with my exam and the insurance and out of pocket costs were well explained. I gave four stars vs five because I did wait over 40 minutes for the doctor between my exam and seeing him.
