Wonderful experience from start to finish!I was greeted at the door by a very outgoing and friendly woman in the eyeglass department, then checked in by a kind and knowledgeable receptionist, and I only waited a few minutes before I was called in by a very professional and efficient technician who did my preliminary exams.I was then asked to wait for just a few minutes more before seeing Dr. Yontz, who is absolutely wonderful. She is confident and professional, but also very personable and friendly, and she explained things to me in a clear and concise manner without sounding the least bit condescending or patronizing, which was so refreshing. Her assistant, Sam?, was also very professional, kind, and patient.I'm so happy to have found such a great team to trust with my current and future eye care needs, and I would highly recommend Frantz to anyone who may be looking for the same!
