Excellent appointment scheduling through Shelly. Dr. Busch could not have been more compassionate about my condition. I immediately began to be comfortable about diagnosis and treatment of the case of Shingles I contracted. Would come back without hesitation.

My first visit to Frantz and I was very pleased. I went for a routine eye exam and it was very thorough. They performed a couple of tests that I had never had before when I lived in CT. I had a new pair of glasses (progressives) and the tech was very helpful in assisting me with a pair of frames that complimented my face. They took a little over a week to come in and the lenses are perfect and the fit is great. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the price which was more than Ive ever paid. Overall though, very pleased so far!

lovely new office, music somewhat annoying, once called back the process went smoothly. polite staff. questions answered. I was there about 3 hours for check up and retinal photos. dilated pupils lasted 10 hours. plan your day accordingly.
