Clean well-maintained office, friendly staff who took time to do a complete annual exam, no cutting corners. kept me moving on throughout the appointment. There was not much waiting and I was done in just over one hour. Glasses prescription was made available to me as well as the optician on site gave me an estimate of what my glasses would cost from Franz. Very pleased with the whole process.

As usual, the location was clean and well organized. All the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Strosser has been keeping track of some ocular nerves looking for any signs of glaucoma. I know I am well taken care of. Everything is explained in a manner I can understand.

I started going to Dr. Strosser and Frantz Eye Care after an appointment at the Ft. Myers location. I wanted an office closer to home (Punta Gorda). The staff and Dr. Strosser are top notch and Im so glad I could get into this office, as they book up very quickly and are a very busy office. I couldnt be happier with the thoroughness, friendliness, knowledge, and compassion that they all show. Jordan at the front desk, Debbie the doctors assistant and others who I dont remember their names are always so helpful and pleasant. Dr. Strosser is very knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions and is just an overall nice man. He is professional and very helpful.

Dr. Strosser gave an excellent explanation of what happens to our eyes as we age, and what modern medicine can do about the problems we encounter, where my eyes are in the aging process, and an expected timeline going forward. I feel much more comfortable with the prospect of eye surgery in my future at this point, than I felt prior to my most recent appointment.
