Ive gone to this eye place for years. Every one of the ladies there is so sweet normally till I got on the phone with a new lady today. Her attitude and way she spoke to me on the phone was absolutely unprofessional and shady. Ive came to this place every 6 months for 3 years. My friend who I recommended this place to told me about her recent bad experience with her as well but I never had to deal with it till now. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere until the customer service is better. As someone who works in customer service too, its really not that hard to be nice. Work somewhere else if youre so unhappy

Excellent clerical, asst. and, Optometrist. Couldn't ask for better people!The only problem I had was with the front desk. I had the same problem at the start & at the end. Two clerks there, one was on the phone for 5 minutes, and the other clerk walked away. This happened both times. When I tried to check out and get my next appt,. because of their behavior, it took me 10 minutes to get that done!
