Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. The staff is great. One of the ladies who welcomes you into the exam room i think her name is yesenia is very friendly and pleasant to speak to. Dr bursch answered all my questions prior to surgery. I had the SMILE procedure done. The only reason why i leave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the day of surgery they gave me something to calm me down and said it would be 20 minutes before i felt relaxed. 5 minutes into the waiting period and they were already rushing me to surgery but i was trembling very much because i was nervous. The whole thing just felt rushed and i was shaking during the procedure because not enough time was given for calming medication to take effect. Dry eye the first couple of weeks after the surgery but have gotten much better with time. Overall i would recomment frant eye care and the team itself couldnt be better

Great doctors, staff and work. Just wish the wait time was less. Guess that's the trade off for going to a popular doctor! My cataract surgery went very well and the follow up for 2 other conditions is satisfactory.

Punta Gorda is office I go to, but surgery is performed in Ft Meyers. Was not aware of Courtesy Van, but all worked out fine. In all fairness,, was asked if I had ride to Ft Meyers, but wasn't told they offered Courtesy Van. No long wait for appt when going to Punta Gorda. Very thorough testing, staff extremely professional and very nice and knowledgeable. So glad I chose Frantz Eye Care for my cataract surgery. Only negative would be to be sure to offer the sunglasses after dilation of eyes. Sun was blinding when walking down outside steps. At my 2nd appt I did notice staff member offering the sunglasses to a patient.

I had cataract surgery and had my eyes corrected for distance. I would have liked to have multi focal but the cost was way too much. I was happy with every aspect except price. I know people who got multi focal for the price I paid for distance
