Dr. Pappas has a great chair-side manner: -Very friendly: always happy, smiling, glad to see you. -Very thorough: concerned, checks all your symptoms, wants to know exactly how you're feeling. -Makes sure you understand what is happening in your eyes, asks if you have any questions, and answers all of them in language that you understand. -Has monitored my glaucoma and successfully treated it for many years. Two years ago, when the cataract in my left eye was ripe, he thoroughly explained the laser procedure, what I would experience, and made me comfortable about it - it was a success. Recently, the cataract in my right eye ripened, so I was primed and ready for that laser procedure. I am very pleased with the improvement: my vision in both eyes is nearly 20/20, after wearing glasses for over 35 years!! Thank you, Dr. Pappas! I highly recommend you and your excellent staff to everyone!!

We had an excellent experience having cataract surgery with Dr. Pappas. He was very considerate and kind and did an excellent job with the surgery. We will be having the neck surgery in the next couple of months.

Dr. Pappas has been caring for me since I was in grade school. Now he's removing a cataract from my left eye. That's a long time! Dr. Pappas is doctor with bedside manner that doesn't exist anymore. He takes the time to sit down & explain & answer questions. I've had 6 major surgeries in my lifetime & I was always ok while I was being prepped for surgery. This time, I wasn't ok. I was really nervous & Dr. Pappas came by to check on me, held my hand & told me it was going to be ok. He was confident in his ability to perform a tricky surgery & his confidence made me feel a lot better. To put things in perspective, I had RK surgery to correct my vision before lasik was ever invented. The average RK patient has 8-24. I have 32....like I said....tricky. There isn't another doctor I would trust with my eyes. Obviously, his skill & experience speaks for itself, but he is also a very kind, very caring doctor. "They" don't make em like this anymore. Thank you Dr. Pappas! You're the best!

Dr. Pappas is the best. He is very caring, professional, patient and explained to my father all details of procedure. He explained to my dad all the options and was very patient to let my dad make a right decision for his every day life. We really appreciate all he performed. If I will have any friend that need an opthomatologist, my first recommendation will go for Dr. Pappas. He treat you with lot of respect and is best knowledgeable for eyes health.
