The receptionists were extremely nice and greeted me when I entered. The eye tech, Carrie, was patient and thorough in her preparation for Dr. Sterling. Not only that, she had a bright personality and I could tell she liked what she was doing! Dr. Sterling was her usual self, always kind and patient and we both had a great interaction. I guess to sum it all up, it was a good experience but then again, it usually is. I appreciate the constancy of excellent customer service because you dont find it very often: especially since COVID. Thank you all!

My whole experience was pleasant. I was treated with courtesy and helpfulness. The exam was handles with professionalism and I felt valued as a patient.
