After my appointment yesterday, I can honestly say that I am happy I went to this doctor. I needed an exam and to update my prescription, and everything about this clinic/shop was perfect. In a word, the staff is "wonderful." The optometrist and her technicians ensured my comfort, handled all the paperwork and gave me the very best deal on new specs and contact lenses. While there, I overheard an employee named, Jackie handle a phone call from what sounded like a confused person. I've never seen such pleasant professional patience in all my life. Jackie made my day and my appointment a great experience. This is NOT one of those huge eye outfits where you are treated like a number instead of a person. This, and other observations demonstrated how much they value us, the customer/client...just like it should be. Plus, they have a nice selection of frames to choose from. A big thank-you to the great folks at Florida Eye Clinic in Windermere. Don't change a thing. I think I've found an eye doctor for life.
