All were very professional and helpful. I believe they were very thorough with every aspect of the eye exam. I would give them an A+.

They contacted me after they had a cancelation. 4 days after I sent them my records I was in the office, had an exam, had minor surgery, and was on my way. Would give Dr Jocham and his staff 10 stars if I could.

My first incling of deceit was when I was prepared to see Dr Cady. My appointment reminder etc.....stated I would see Dr M.Cady. They had 4 month's to inform me that he, in fact, wasn't working 1 day a month there. Then I saw an Opthamologist that I was unfamiliar with. Then the man at the glasses dept told me the only eyemed benefit I had was 20% off. NOT TRUE. I had a frame and lens package available to me. I had it on my phone, directly from my insurance company. So for those reasons, I will not be going back. However, the staff was cordial and I feel my exam was thorough. So if you live in Orange City and are looking for a good Opthamologist I would recommend them. But long way for me to drive, to see a new Dr. Could have done the same in my own town of Daytona Beach. Not had to drive 40 miles back with dilated pupils. Just the facts
