Dr. Grubbs is fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time. The optical department, however, is another story. I ordered glasses, but never heard from them. I called the number Ginny gave me to contact her and it was out of service. Called the main number and got transferred to voice mail. My advice: go there for an exam by Dr. Grubbs, but take your prescription somewhere else to get it filled.

Didn't have to wait long to be called in. Doctor n Assistant very helpful and very attentive.

It took three months for me to be able to get an appointment for a routine eye exam and I wasnt happy about it. However, on the day of my appointment, the staff was welcoming and nice to work with and Dr. Grubbs was absolutely awesome! He was well worth the wait.

Professional service but waiting time was too long. Got there at 9:00 am and came out at 12:15 pm
