At first I was perturbed at the cancellation of my appointment ( it seems to be the norm in Orlando) but they took me a few days later. A few days fine but months out, not fine. Is this a new front desk crew ? Because they are top notch. Got my info quickly and taken to examination room just as fast. Very pleasant exam and saw Dr Grubb minutes after exam and out just slightly over an hour..WOW normally I'm there 2+ hours!! Very happy!
