I found the staff at two locations to be very attentive and professional, though the wait times can be unreasonable and should be addressed. Dr. Nguyen was lovely once I got to see her (two hours later). Hoping they can streamline their appointment planning to provide better overall service. The new script I got visit before last was spot on and way different than what Id received at a walk-in big chain. Overall pleased, but my time is valuable too, so please sort out the scheduling.

My husband and I love the Florida eye clinic doctors and staff. We have had several great people help but no one was as friendly and welcoming as Emma. She had the patience to look for frames for me and did everything she could to find the frames for my husband. She even checked in on us during our visits with the Dr to make sure she was getting what we were looking for. In today's environment and craziness Emma's wonderful customer service is rare and comforting to know people really still do enjoy what they do!
