The receptionist was nice. She asked that I pay the co-pay. Then she saw that I could get a credit and she applied it reducing my co-pay. I didnt have to wait long. They took me back and did the usual examination.I gave them a 4 and not a 5 because Dr. Shoss is leaving and they couldnt schedule my next visit.

Dr. Patel was competent and focused on my care and questions. I felt she sincerely listened to me and cared for me. The office staff and nurses treated me kindly and competently.
