The Medical staff and Dr. Pappas at the Florida aye clinic where outstanding. They were Complete professionals. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because the front office where patient's arrive has horrible customer service. They obviously have a lot on their plate when it comes to inprossesing patient's. They allow those frustrations to impact incoming appointments by being abrasive and borderline rude.. They need to do better in separating the two.

This was my first time being seen at Florida Eye Clinic. The staff was welcoming and Dr. Kazam was pleasant and very professional. She explained my results very well and made my visit comfortable. I would recommend.
