I was scheduled for 8:00 AM and rushed to arrive on time. When I checked in, the front desk asked me to fill out some paperwork. After waiting for about an hour with no updates, I went back to ask, and they realized they had forgotten to process my paperwork to collect the deductible. I also asked if the doctor was in, and the staff seemed confused, pointing at each other. They spent most of the time chatting and laughing loudly, which didnt feel very professional.However, once I was finally taken in, the experience completely changed. The nurse was very professional, and the doctor was excellent. He has extensive knowledge in his field, and I felt very confident in his care. I would recommend him 200%.

I recently had cataract surgery on both my eyes by Dr Michelle Cho at the Florida eye clinic in Altamonte Springs. While the initial appointment took about 5 months to get in, we were able to schedule the first surgery in just over a month and the other eye two weeks later. The whole process was extremely pleasant experience. David Grubbs OD a very good doctor. He took care of me and he took his time checking my eyesight. Very professional and caring. I really trust him and will come back next year, because he is absolutely amazing performance his job and in total a great person.
