Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Pappas, and Dr. Siedle are absolutely the best. However, the billing and reception needs work. At times they are confused about appointment times, co-pays, and I had one incident, where a young lady talked down to me and refused to order my trial contacts because of her mistake and I had to return to fix it. I explained that I could not come in for a day or two and I would look at it and pay the appropriate amount. When I came in to pick up the trial pair she refused stating I had to do on phone immediately. I was unable at that moment

Samantha Xavier, MD is a fantastic doctor!! Personal, knowledgeable, and detailed. She takes time to explain my medical issues with me. The staff are very efficient too. I felt very safe and cared for.

From start to finish was amazing! There is really amazing clinical staff! Everything seemed to be quick and easy!
