went to the Romeo location for the first time yesterday I don't know. I got a weird vibe. All the workers seemed absolutely miserable. They weren't friendly at all. no Hello no Goodbye , nothing and then they just spring it on u , cost $30 for you to leave there with a prescription for eyeglasses, they don't tell you that when you make the appointment , The lady that took me back does 90% of the work and can she put gloves on seriously she's touching your eyes and putting eye drops in your eyes , the doctor only came in for less than five minutes. Don't even know the doctors name ,never introduced himself just walked in the room. Could've been the janitor for all I know. probably won't be returning ,only positive thing I can say is I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. I'm sure there's other eye doctors in the area. That have workers that actually enjoy their job

Dr. Monson and the entire team go above and beyond all expectations. From reception to the exam procedures I feel at ease due to the courtesy and professionalism that comes from every individual. Keep up the great work.
