Dr. Frederick was fantastic with my 5 year old. He was gentle, kind, and professional. He answered, with clarity, all of my questions, no matter how small or silly they seemed. We were the first appointment of the day, so I can't comment on general wait times, but we didn't wait long, nor felt rushed through the appointment. We'll be back, for sure.
