Was facing a possible clean-up laser procedure as I came to my appt. But Dr. Kluver explained everything and when I left I was scared no more!! He is a huge asset to this practice!

Wait time wasn't too long and once I was called for my appointment everything moved along in a timely manner. There was no unnecessary waiting or delays. All staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and Dr. Kluver did an excellent job f reviewing my vision history and prognosis.

My visit from receptionist to checkout was excellent. Everyone there was courteous and friendly with prompt delivery of services. Dr. Kluver was thorough and reassuring during exam. He takes time explaining procedures and answering questions. His expertise and warm manner are very much appreciated. I also stopped to have my frame's nose pieces looked at due to a jagged edge causing discomfort. The technician replaced and upgraded them to a better quality material and more comfortable fit. Thanks to all for a great visit and I will look forward to returning next year.
