    Had an early appointment. Arrived on time, or a little before. Waited no more than five minutes in the waiting room; in any of the waiting rooms.Strictly business this time (technician) but it varies with different people.Dr. Elshatory is genial, but business like, wasting no time. I am there to have my eyes taken care of, and I feel people make an honest effort to do their level best on my behalf.06/05/20 Waited a bit longer, but they are beginning to accommodate more people in this social distancing way. Dr. Elshatory addressed my concern about the discomfort in my right eye for a lengthy time after the last shot. It helped.

    I would have given 5 stars, except I really hate having my eyes dilated. If there was a faster acting, shorter duration chemical out there for the dilatation process, it would be a win-win situation for everyone. The staff was courteous, the waiting time was minimal and the attitude of everyone I dealt with was excellent.
