    I've been here twice in the last week. You check in at a kiosk. There was next to no wait time after. I was called maybe 30 seconds after sitting in the waiting area. Next, a technician did the puff test, collected basic information, and put the drops in my eyes. She was very friendly. She took me to another room to wait for the optometrist. I had no wait time again. He did the exam, and explained my options well, and we came up with a plan to address the problem. I then went to pick frames. The optician was AMAZING. He went over my options for what my insurance would cover, and made suggestions for the lenses and measured me. He was extremely helpful! Everyone was professional, there were no wait times, and scheduling was simple. They worked with my schedule for follow up. The area is clean and comfortable, and everyone was professional.
