    I had good experiences at each level of my visit except for signing in when I arrived. Even though the gentleman at the one desk was not signing in anybody, he kept loudly directing arriving patients to the sign in kiosk. He easily could have processed these people. The sign in at the kiosks is awful. Very cumbersome and time consuming. Those who were directed there were complaining because the process is confusing.

    Loads of seniors at those check-in machines that didn't know what to do. I had no problem since I did it on line the day before. It seemed chaotic.

    I absolutely LOVE Eye Care Specialists, Dr. Brown is my eye doctor, he is so gentle, courteousness, respectfil and EFFICIENT. I JOKE with him at every appointment and tell him he BETTER not leave me and retire NO time soon.Had a GREAT conversation with a young lady name Anom, and another young lady who checked me out yesterday for eyeglasses and she tightened my current ones that I am wearing NOW.Thank you so much!
