I needed to have several eye lesions (skin tags) removed from my eyelids and around my eyes. I called a dermatologists office and explained what I needed and they scheduled an appointment for me. When the doctor walked in, he looked at my chart, looked at my eyes and said we dont do it that. I asked why did you schedule an appointment for something you dont do? I was very frustrated. But I got a recommendation to the Revive MedSpa and made an appointment. The staff was very professional. The doctor consulted with me, took pictures and explained the process. I scheduled my appointment for surgery in the near future. I was extremely happy with my experience with this practice and highly recommend them to everyone.

I bring my father here, for his eye needs, and The doctors are knowledgeable, and professional. The staff are as well, very willing to help. My only complaint is the wait time. For an 11:00 appointment we did not get back to see the doctor until 12:55. For an elderly patient , thats just too long. I understand you have to wait, but older people have a hard time with that, and the majority of their clientele are the elderly. Better scheduling practices should be utilized.
