Everything went very smoothly. I was taken for my appointment within a reasonable time. The pace of the appointment moved quickly but I didn't feel rushed. The staff was helpful and clear in their instructions. The doctor was professional and explained what he was doing, gave me options and allowed time for my questions and his explanations. At checkout, I was asked again if I had any questions (Tara @ checkout) and she worked at the counter to take advantage of the insurances I had to lower the bill.In fact, I called my cousin from the parking lot (he was looking for an eye dr) and recommended eye care specialist and their staff. Yes, I would recommend.

The Eye Care Specialists will be our go too from now on. The exam & vision center are extremely busy but they are very organized and the visit seems to go by quickly. I honestly thought leaving Geisinger ophthalmology we would most likely regret it. We LOVE Dr Dalton, but we were paying out of pocket for 6 of us. It was sickening.BCBS Federal was not accepted. It was just ALOT of $$$$. Dr Mick ( Michael Josefowicz OD ) was absolutely amazing & down to earth. The entire staff was very friendly & helpful. This business is really organized even being so large. You will not be disappointed.

First time back at the eye doctor in over a decade and it was a great experience. Theres plenty of parking and everyone from the front desk staff all way to Dr. Michael Josefowicz, OD were very helpful and caring.
